Buy your Water Softener Pressure Reducing Valves.

If you get a leak on your water softener, it could be that your water pressure is excessively high.

Your water pressure varies during the day and night depending on demand and excessive pressure can often cause a leak.

If you are not sure then fit a PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) to be safe. This prevents damage to your water softener and the potential to invalidate any warranty. Can be supplied with hose connections at extra cost if required. 

15mm, 22mm or 28mm options that are compression at both ends make these fast to install. 

Set at 5.0 bar but can be adjusted with a slotted screwdriver.

The 28mm option comes with easy to read pressure adjuster and pressure gauge.
